when I try to download some sound librarys the page jumps to a page full of code can not down load the file ?

Welcome to the board,

try adjusting the settings of your browser software. You should have something like "Extras", "Tools" or similar in your menu bar. There, look for a submenu called "Settings", "Preferences" or the like. In the opening windows, there should be some section called "Downloads". There you'll find a list of file endings and how files with that ending are handled by the browser. Look for file ending .sol or if it is not listed, create a new one. Then change behavior of the browser for that ending to "Save to harddisk".
If this doesn't work, there's also a workaround: On the page that is displayed right before the code page, hit the stop button of your browser (or go back one page from the code page). Rightclick on the link labeled "here" and choose "Save target as..."

There is another workaround: Just wait, until the "page full of code" finished loading. Then save file by >>"file" >>"save/save as" by your browser menu. Usually this works...
